    use just any regular spray paint (i use "painter's touch")
    but the key is to find the non-glossy type (aka: flat)
    This is important because glossy spray paint will dry onto cotton tshirts hard (after many layers) and crack when you bend the shirt.
    the flat stuff will bend with your clothes

    laminate it idiots. or use a clear plastic then print the image on paper and then tape it under the clear plastic. or if u dont have any of that shit. just print it out and tape it onto one of those paper folder things. and then just cut it out. cardboards too hard.
