    We didn't loose it in conventional meaning of word. Our casualties were 1/4 of usa's casualties in Nam, we killed 3 times less innocent people (1 000 000, compare it to usa's murder toll of almost 3 000 000 in Nam). And we do control Chechnya fine. Our casualties for the past 3 years amount to 2-3 soldiers a month. Preety fucking good, eh? It been pacified. We won. Do some research before you are comming here and post shit please.

    Taliban was created in 1994. The last Soviet soldier left Afghanistan February 15-th 1989.
    Many people who fought Soviets were fighting Taliban since 1994!
