I think you can make this clip mean different things to you depending on how you interpret it. To me it means, learning to cope with your annoyances (the fly) and look at them a different way and they can become a strength and you can use them to your advantage (meditation using the noise and feelings a fly in the room can bring, and imagine a background suiting it).
