Advice...
Move your toes, or pump your fists to keep the blood circulating and prevent yourself fainting.
If somebody faints near you.
Keep the head tilted to keep tongue out of airway and if they might go into epileptic shock put something in the mouth for them to bite on (stick, rubber) or they might bite their own tongue off.
In the military we'd stand in the sun for up to 4 hours without moving a muscle.
